I am retired

What paperwork do I have to supply?
Most of our lending sources simply require you to send copies of your pensions statements to show your income. Unlike most other lenders ours will accept your state pension as income.
I receive disability benefits
No problem. At Smart Finance, all our lending sources require you to do is send copies of your benefit books to prove your income. Also unlike most other lenders our sources can take many other types of state benefit into consideration as well.
